Common Questions
Getting Started
- How do I create a scrapbook?— Sign in, click “New Project” from your dashboard, choose a size, and start adding photos and elements.
- What browsers are supported?— MyScrapbook Studio works best in Chrome and Safari on desktop. We recommend a screen width of 1024px or wider.
- Do I need to download anything?— No. The editor runs entirely in your browser.
Account and Billing
- How do I upgrade my plan?— Go to Settings → Billing and choose your plan. Changes take effect immediately.
- How do I cancel my subscription?— Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
- Can I get a refund? — Refunds are handled case-by-case. Email memories@myscrapbookstudio.com with your request.
Marketplace
- How do I find my purchased kits?— Open the editor, click the Elements panel, and look under “My Purchases.”
- How do I become a creator?— Go to your profile settings and apply for a creator account. Once approved, you can upload and sell kits on the marketplace.
- When do I get paid as a creator?— Earnings are paid out through Stripe Connect on a rolling basis once you've completed Stripe onboarding.
Technical Issues
- The editor is slow or not loading— Try clearing your browser cache, disabling extensions, or switching to Chrome. If the issue persists, email us with your browser version and a screenshot.
- My project won't save— Check your internet connection. Projects auto-save, but a poor connection can interrupt this. If data was lost, contact support and we'll investigate.
- Export quality looks wrong— Ensure you're exporting at the correct resolution. For print, use 300 DPI. For screen, 150 DPI is sufficient.
