Easy Tearing and Weaving
Paper tearing is fun. Learn to tear in a direction. Tear with one hand towards you and the other away from you. Tips on tearing include marking the back with pencil and following that line. Practice makes perfect. Tear, tear & tear!
Supplies Used & Available at our store include:

1. Postcard papers.
2. Tan cardstock, beige cardstock.
3. Raffia
4. Eyelet hole setter puncher
5. "Memories" book brass embellishments

Basic Instructions:

1. Tear postcard paper to 3 inch x 12 inch wide. Adhere using hermafix glue.
2. Punch holes using punch/setter evenly spaced (two columns) approx 1 1/2 inches apart.
3. Tear frames & journal square. Adhere using hermafix glue.
4. Weave (like tying shoelace) raffia in & out of holes. Tie at top. Seperate raffia into strands as shown on image above. Use "3d mounting squares to adhere the "brass memory book."
